Having time to yourself.
Reflecting, allowing yourself to breathe and just taking in some positive energy. The people who are always around me and who I live with always ask me why I enjoy spending time by myself away from everyone and I always reply saying “its nurturing”. For me, there’s nothing more important than growing emotionally, mentally and spiritually and I think spending time by yourself contributes to just that. It’s healthy just meditating and removing the negative and just focusing on listening to your inner self and reflecting on that, this too I believe contributes to the glow up!
