There’s something about the Sabbath day

Rest,

A Sunday well spent really makes me content for the entire week. There’s no time for Monday blues and anxiously waiting for Fridays. Everyday is looked forward to and enjoyed. The after church feeling, preparing that full course Sunday meal and laughter with family is exactly what keeps one going.

And that portion of the blog introduction was put together before this crazy isolation period

There’s a lot of uncertainty right now. It’s moments like these that we have a duty to ourselves and everyone around us to slow down, reflect and regroup. I hope you and all of your loved ones are staying positive and taking all the right precautions to protect yourself and everyone around you. My heart truly goes out to every single one of you and your loved ones, wherever you are and whatever you may be going through. Take care of your spirit, mind and emotions. May the Lords shalom peace insulate your heart and that you will walk in greater measures of his protection and provision in days to come.
