December 31st,
This was an early start to New Years Eve. J and I both had stuff to do so we went to Starbucks to get some work done and had breakfast too. It was more of a crazy morning because we were approached by two very brave guys who felt the need to disturb us, lol. Nonetheless, we had a good morning and boy oh, boy talk about bravery. It was also the blogs third anniversary and I felt so overwhelmed by how far I’ve come with the site and how well it’s doing. Later on though we spent the night chilling, having non-alcoholic wine (which we did not finish) and waited on the new year. Also, I finally did my make-up again and do plan on doing a separate post sharing my no make-up skincare journey so be on the lookout for that.
January 1st,
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! I’m literally screaming. Okay, did 2021 come with it’s Ts & Cs because I hate surprises and surely 2020 did exactly that. So, for some reason I woke up craving seafood so we headed out to Ocean Basket and got that. We also got very tuned into the Netflix show The Circle which was super fun and exciting to watch. If you’re into social networking and really want to see how people fake profiles and just play pretence? This show is for you.
January 2nd,
Second day into the year and I don’t have much visuals for you. We did a lot of work this day. It was all about content creating and making sure everything worked out for the projects in place. J also prepared supper for us and it was good.
January 3rd,
Happy Sunday. Emphasise on the happy. Food before anything else we had a late breakfast, early lunch which was avocado, fresh cream, garlic roll and meat (filling for sure). Writing and content creating was all I did. I had blog posts lined up that needed images and just planned on working around that. I got my make-up done again so that was fun too. We tried a roti and curry dish but first, sheet masking of course. It’s always fun doing anything skincare so I enjoyed this part of our night together.

May we all have a blissful, positive, peaceful, happy, loving and prosperous year. 2020 was a lot for all of us and I do know that 2021 will be a great year. We need to keep the faith and just hope and believe that the new year will come with everything that we’ve all lost and more.
