That Hermès 2001 Look

Who would have thought that putting a look together instantly went from everyday to runway. Well, I recently discovered that I’ve been rocking runway looks that I’ve kept in my fashion files for years, the Hermès 2001 Spring collection.

Okay, so to anyone who is not exposed to fashion like that would think that I’m overthinking but to fashion gurus it’s a quick spot on. The idea is there, you know. Put the Hermès 2001 Spring Runway show and the trendy strapless bandage top and you’re set for modern day with a twist of the early 2000s. I’m so in love with styling these and have definitely been getting a lot of wear out of them. I’ve also shared how I’ve been wearing them as an undergarment since I don’t wear bras. This year though (as early as it is) I am so excited to just pair these with the 3-uniform rule except replacing the basic tee with a strapless bandage top. I want to try elevate and get the most functionality I can from them. If you’re not familiar with the Hermès 2001 Spring Collection I created a ‘Runway’ board on Pinterest for you to check out.

What I’m Wearing:
Top, RT (Mr Price)
Bottom, Oakridge (Mr Price)
Shoes, Woolworths
Blazer, Thrifted Piece

I felt so boss-like in this suit and I love that. If an outfit can bring out such bold, confidence I’m without a doubt here for it. Check out my 4 favourite looks from the show from the visual board I created below.

If you’ve been rocking the strapless bandage top feel free to share how you’ve been styling it.
