Capsule wardrobes have been around for a while, people never seemed to be too interested in owning a ton of clothing items and moving towards more sustainable choices. In all that fashion lovers have been collecting a good amount of items that will last and is sustainable but also playing around with some fashion choices that feed their fashion senses, think – trendy Bottega Veneta shoes or bags and even a splurge on a runway item (the beige Jacquemus dress Gigi Hadid wore on the runway is still trending on my timeline).
What I’ve been seeing from the most minimalist individuals I follow is that they’re invested more on shoes and bags. Think bags with a different shape and silhouette, odd texture, not-for-everyone kind. I’ve personally been into the bag trend that you wouldn’t necessarily find everyone wearing. I got this beaut from Cotton On and it’s different from my square, playing it safe bags I already own. It instantly elevates my looks and gives it a nice touch and adds character.
When it comes to handbags there’s a handful of silhouette to play around with – totes, crossbody, shoppers to even backpacks. And although all these exists designers are creating and recreating a variety to suit your personal style and some that you may even be able to alternate between. Colours, shape and silhouette. Keep scrolling to see some very unique (and the usual) bags that are trendy, modern and seasonless.
Quick Tip: if you’re someone who always plays it safe, you might want to consider the latest it-bag and you’ll see how it will instantly elevate your outfit.
Below are images of trendy bags that are seasonless and I personal think will transcend trends for a lifetime.
