Keeping your Immune System Healthy this Winter

Firstly let’s understand what the Immune System is all about. It’s all the things that our bodies use to fight off infection like antibodies, cells and so many other things that keep us healthy. In general, it does an amazing job of putting up with the harmless germs that line in us while identifying and expelling those harmful species that can cause illness and disease.
