Let’s talk basics this warm season. Inspired by my #ootd I find that usually around this time of the year when the climate starts changing I find that extravagant pieces seem to be all over my timeline (which only makes sense because a warmer climate is about pretty pieces) but with all the fancy silhouettes, pretty sleeves and colours what about the basics? The basic tee doesn’t need to be switched out and I know for certain that a good pair of jeans is timeless. I wanted to put an edit sharing my current personal favourites in the basics department (think ‘wardrobe essentials’) just some updated pieces from clothing websites I often spend my time on.
Below is an edit of basic pieces from a good pair of jeans to a basic t-shirt. I mean, there’s a lot to choose from from these sites and many other places. Perhaps this edit will encourage you to add new essentials and trust me you can never have enough of those.
