In addition to blog more I’ve introduced a new series titled ‘The Weekender’. I’ll include visuals of what I wore, views, location and food. I’ve introduced a new series titled ‘The Weekender’. I’ll compile images from both the weekday and weekend. It’s a vlog but written, titled, the weekender.

Join me as I celebrate my 25th birthday, enjoy some quiet time, visit local stores, work on brand content, gallery visits, watch the new ‘The Batman’ and gush over new skincare products.

March 4

The most exciting day so far. Why you ask? The Batman premier of course! Okay, I was excited to see Zoë Kravitz duh! I was also excited to see how well Robert Pattinson does in playing Bruce Wayne and I’m pretty impressed. His a great actor in my books. If you have not seen it, I won’t soil it for you but what I will say is give it a watch. We also had supper at a restaurant we’ve never been to before Old Town Italy and honestly we hated the service we got there. I also did a review on my social media tagging the place and nothing was said. If that’s what customer service is about I do not recommend.

Was a take it easy kind of day. I mean the week was still fresh. We did some food shopping and I watched some series while editing. For supper we had chicken curry, roti and avocado.

It’s my birthday!!!! I still can’t believe I’m 25 (typing that felt weird). In my head I’ll forever be 23 I don’t know why I can’t get over Ayanda at that age. But my thoughts and mindset has not changed I’m still wrapped around being real and authentic [ Read Here: 24 Feels & Energy ]. I am so grateful to be alive and I’m at such a pivotal space in my life where I’m observing and revaluating a lot of things from the company I keep to the energy and spaces I allow. I am so blessed and that’s all that matters to me in this moment. The weather was also perfect with light rain and just felt like the right mood.

March 10

Woke up feeling so creative and inspired to create content. I’m going for a very different vibe on my Instagram (still minimal) so I was excited to try something different. For breakfast I made an easy, scrambled eggs, avocado, chicken rashers and toasted roll with cream cheese. It was such a good, light meal. I proceeded to do some content, did some self-care afterwards using body care products from The Body Shop (a special gift set from my younger sister). For lunch J made butternut and chicken. It was so good. For most of the day though, I was dealing with heartburn and it was such a hassle getting something to assist but J got me some Eno and it slowly disappeared (after a few hours). I was also snacking on my favourites because I’m such a sweet tooth girl.

March 11

Was a very calm day. I woke up feeling so inspired to spend some time with myself on a spiritual level. J had a work lunch and I dedicated that a lone time to prayer, meditating and speaking to God. It’s so important to constantly get in touch with yourself and this quiet time was needed. We went out to get ice-cream and waffles and had a meatball with gravy, couscous and veggie dish.

Headed into the weekend feeling good. We had some content to do for local brands I’ve recently started working with. You can check my social media to check it out. Shout out to J for assisting me. We started our day with the best cappuccino from Bean There (so smooth and good). We also checked out the stores around, saw a cool vinyl store and discovered a Korean store that sells skincare and of course I’m obsessed. For lunch we went to Doppio Zero and checked out more stores.
