Winter 2022 feels longer this time (or is it just me?) And I find myself going back and forth between the same looks (proud outfit repeater) a lot more often. Getting gifted these boots made me want to reevaluate my winter moodboard especially considering how inspired and excited I was before the cold season actually hit. I won’t lie, I’m so over winter this year I just feel like it’s been cold for the longest time. Either that or I’m just being lazy. But as transparent and open I’d like to be on my blog we’ll pretend like I’ve been rocking the best looks in town. Because Hauties are not lazy. We strive on waking up everyday rocking same but different looks on a DAILY…right?
On that fashion killa not I wanted to share 4 looks in how I’ve been styling these gorgeous knee-length boots from Zara. I’m surprised I like knee-high boots because I just never thought it’s my thing but I am overly obsessed. These literally pair well with most of my items in my wardrobe and I don’t feel restricted at all. Check it out:

If you follow me on social media you would have probably lost count on how many times I’ve featured this knit dress. It’s one of those pieces in my wardrobe that I’m still obsessing over and just enjoy styling. I knew I had to style these two pieces together and finishing the look with a touch of colour since it’s the look is already neutral. This envelop clutch bag fits really well and doubles as a sun protector.

My happy colour? Black. I can rock an all black look all year long because of the simplicity around it and how easy it is. It’s just works out and I love how chic it can look especially with those more elevated and statement pieces. The play on textures too is the best part. A soft pouch bag mixed with knit, minimal accessories and these leather boots all look good together. Not forgetting my coffee takeaway that made a feature.

So black being my happy colour and orange being my favourite is a fair point, right? I remember seeing this dress for the first time and immediately falling in love. I also recall it being sold out and my partner surprising me with it and how my heart melted. I’m a happy girl. I knew I wanted to pair this dress with my buttery yellow bag to keep to the vibrant theme of things and I love it. I can’t wait to get more wear out of these items.

Look 4
Okay, I’d love to say this ‘white’ suit is brave but the beauty in it all is that I’m not wearing white at all. This suit is actually a light yellow paired with a bright orange turtleneck and a touch of black to keep the look subtle.

Bag, Mango
